As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Blackbaud, Kevin Gregoire is responsible for Global Product Development, Information and Cybersecurity, and Customer Success and Retention. He brings more than 25 years of experience and leadership in the software industry with a focus on product strategy and innovation, delivering outstanding customer experience and driving profitable revenue growth.

Since joining the company in 2018 as Executive Vice President, and President of Blackbaud’s Enterprise Markets Group, Kevin has demonstrated significant impact leading growth in the company’s payments business and increasing sales productivity. He has overseen the company’s transformation from a Customer Operations to Customer Success model, which has been critical to delivering an improved experience for Blackbaud customers.

Before Blackbaud, Kevin spent 16 years with Fiserv, a global provider of financial services technology solutions, where he played an instrumental role in the company’s growth. As Group President of Fiserv’s Financial Institutions Group, Kevin was responsible for a $1B+ portfolio of businesses, achieving noteworthy revenue growth and industry-leading retention rates while optimizing technology platforms, reducing costs and expanding customer support. During his tenure at Fiserv, Kevin served in other key leadership roles including Division President and Chief Operating Officer, Card Services, and Senior Vice President of Product and Network Strategy.

Kevin is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as Lieutenant in the Corps of Engineers and was awarded three Army Commendation Medals. He has a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
