Blackbaud Recognized as a Leading Employer by Built In and RippleMatch

Blackbaud Honored in Built In’s 2023 Best Places to Work Awards and RippleMatch’s 2023 Campus Forward Awards

Blackbaud is proud to announce the company has received multiple award recognitions for its workplace culture—for being a best place to work and boasting a top early career program.

Built In 2023 Best Places to Work Awards — Blackbaud and EVERFI from Blackbaud Recognized

Blackbaud earned a place on Built In’s 100 Best Fully Remote Large Places To Work 2023 list. In addition, EVERFI from Blackbaud was recognized on the Washington DC Best Midsize Places to Work list. Built In’s annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in large tech markets across the U.S. Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.   

RippleMatch 2023 Campus Forward Awards

Blackbaud was selected as one of the winners of RippleMatch’s 2023 Campus Forward Awards in the category of Small Early Career Programs. From a pool of competitive applicants, Blackbaud ranked among the top 50 Small Early Career Programs in the country for embracing innovative recruiting strategies, caring deeply about the candidate experience, making significant investments in diversity and inclusion, and supporting the next generation of talent through impactful internships and entry-level programs.
