Celebrating Pride Month

In June, cities across the US and Canada are celebrating Pride Month, which is acknowledged in communities around the world at varying times of the year. Pride Month is a special time to celebrate the spirit and significance of the LGBTQIA+ community. It’s a month of appreciation, acknowledgment, and action, and we’re proud to stand with our employees and customers in championing equality and inclusion every day for all.

We’ll be observing Pride Month with a series of employee-led activities designed to educate, inspire, and foster meaningful dialogue across our company. Employees will be participating in Color Week, where each day explores a different color of the Pride flag and its significance in the LGBTQIA+ community. Others are listening to guest speakers, volunteering to help dispel stereotypes by creating conversation cards with our virtual volunteer partner, Goodera, and more.

We’re excited about these opportunities for learning and reflection and to continue our collective mission of building a respectful, valued, and inclusive community for all our employees. Happy Pride Month to our customers and the communities they serve.
